FONTOMTYPE STANDARD END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:

IMPORTANT-READ CARE�FULLY: This End-User License Agreement (�EULA�) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and FontomType for the typeface(s) produced by FontomType. By installing, copy�ing, or otherwise using this type�face, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy or otherwise use this typeface.


1. ALLOWED USES
You may use the licensed font(s) to create any kind of work including, but not limited to, printed media, web pages, photographs, movies and clothing.


2. USES REQUIR�ING SEPER�ATE SPE�CIAL LICENSE
The following uses of the licensed font(s) require the purchase of an additional special license:

2a. The creation of any political or religious material.
2b. Hardware and software embedding (see 6. Embedding)
2c. The installation on more then ten computers and/or devices at one location (see 4. Number of Users)

Please con�tact FontomType and request the additional license with brief description of your intended use.


3. FOR�BID�DEN USES
It is for�bid�den to produce any mate�rial with the licensed font that is racist or criminal in nature and/or illegal by law.


4. NUM�BERS OF USERS
Only the licensee is allowed to use the licensed font(s). The licensee may how�ever pro�vide the font(s) to a third party like specified in 5. Third Parties. In case of the licensee being more than one individual (e.g. a company as a legal person), the number of users is not restricted; however all users of the font(s) have to belong to the same registered company or registered association that licensed the font(s) and any mate�rial using the font(s) must be of that company or associations behalf. You are allowed to install the font(s) on up to five computers and/or devices at one location. If you exceed these numbers, you need to purchase an multi-user-license. Please contact FontomType with your intended number of installations and request a multi-user-license.

5. THIRD PAR�TIES
You may pro�vide the font to a graphic designer, printer or other service bureau that is work�ing on your behalf only if they agree to use the font exclusively for your work, agree to the terms of this license, and retain no copies of the font on completion of the work. You may not pro�vide the font(s) or make it/them accessible to any other third par�ties, except for embed�ding described in 6. Embedding.


6. EMBED�DING
6a. Electronic Doc�u�ment Embed�ding
You may embed the licensed font(s) into any document you send to third par�ties. Such documents may be viewed and printed (but not edited) by the recipients.

6b. Web Embed�ding
You may embed the licensed font(s) into a web site only if the licensed font(s) are free font(s) ($0.00 license fee). How�ever you must take care of the highest level of protection of the embedded font(s).

6c. Hard�ware and Soft�ware Embed�ding
You may not under any cir�cum�stances embed the licensed font(s) into soft�ware or hard�ware products in which the font(s) will be used by the purchasers of such products. Such use requires a different license. Please con�tact FontomType and request the additional OEM license with brief description of your intended use.


7. MOD�I�FI�CA�TIONS
You may only modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, dis�assemble the licensed font(s) or create derivative works based on the licensed font(s) them�selves after prior writ�ten per�mis�sion from FontomType.


8. COPY�RIGHT
The font(s) and the accompanying materials are copy�righted and contain proprietary information and trade secrets belong�ing to FontomType. Unauthorized copy�ing and/or distributing of the product even if modified, merged, or included with other soft�ware, or of the writ�ten materials, is expressly for�bid�den. You may be held legally responsible for any infringement of FontomType�s lectual property rights that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement.


9. TER�MI�NA�TION
This agreement is effective until terminated. This agreement will terminate auto�matically with�out notice from FontomType if you fail to com�ply with any pro�vi�sion contained herein. Upon termination, you must destroy the writ�ten materials, the product, and all copies of them, in part and in whole, including modified copies, if any.


10. PROD�UCT UPGRADES
FontomType may, from time to time, update the product. Product upgrade pricing may but does not need to apply.


11. DIS�CLAIMER
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Product rests upon you. FontomType do not war�rants that the functions contained in the product will meet your requirements or that the operation of the soft�ware will be uninterrupted or error free.
