This license is free for personal use/non commercial, you are not purchasing/licensing the copyright to the design of the fonts, you may not sublicense, sell, lease, or give away the fonts.

This is an agreement between you, the purchaser, and Reand Aghara (Typopey). By downloading you acknowledge your understanding and promise to comply with its terms.

The Commercial EULA applies immediately upon placing a donation. The commercial license does not expire and is unlimited. You have the nonexclusive, nontransferable, perpetual and worldwide right to use the font for unlimited commercial purposes and in any medium (print, online, commercial, merchandise, logos, etc.) The only prohibition is on selling the font as a font.

Typopey fonts are the copyrighted creations of Reand Aghara. All fonts are offered "as is" and there are no guarantees that a font will work well on a particular machine or with a particular software product.
